August 5th – 7:00 a.m. Runner check in / race day registration opens.  Please be check in before 7:45 a.m.
 
FREE Parking at the Boatworks Commons, both outside and inside the ramp, drive up to the doors and they will open.  No Parking at the VFW Lot just north of the Boatworks Commons Building.    Look for the “Free Race Parking” sign or the MIZU Japanese sign and take the left turn up the ramp for parking:
10K and 5K start at the same time, but at two locations just about 200 yards apart. 
10K runs south on Lake Ave.
5K runs north on running path next to Lake Ave. 
 
 
The course is flat and fast, 5K runs north along the lake to West Park and then back.  The 10K goes south to Cottage Park then North along the lake to Ramsey County Park into the White Bear Lake neighborhood before returning back to Lake Ave, and the Finish at The Boatworks Commons.  The registration includes an event T-Shirt. Rotary Volunteers are at the Start/Finish and on the course supporting the runners.  All of the proceeds of the race go to the Strive Scholarship Inc Fund which is a 501c(3) tax-exempt, non-profit entity.  Awards will be given to the top male and female overall and the top 3 male and female in each age group.
